Admission and Enrollment

​Children are admitted without regard to race culture, sex, religion, national origin, or disability. We do not discriminate based on special needs if a safe, supportive environment can be provided.

All enrollment forms must be complete along with registration fee. First tuition payment must be paid prior to your child’s first day of attendance or the Monday of arrival.
There is a registration fee of $50 per child. This is an annual registration fee. These fees are non-refundable.

Parents/Families must agree with their enrollment contract which includes parent engagement and participation, agreeing to what we offer and our policies and procedures, and the ability to financially cover the full tuition, the balance that subsidy or scholarship payments do not cover, or extended care rates if needed outside of the PHLpreK hours.


To enroll for PHLpreK, complete the application and submit it with a copy of your child's birth certificate and proof address. You will get an enrollment approval response within 48 hours.
