Admission and Enrollment
HMC welcomes families seeking a nurturing, developmentally appropriate early-learning environment and who are willing to partner with HMC in supporting their child’s growth, development, learning, health, and well-being.Enrollment is based on available space, appropriate staffing, child-to-staff ratios, program capacity, the child’s age and program needs, and HMC’s ability to appropriately serve the child within the program.
Before a child’s first day, families must complete required enrollment documents, provide required health and emergency information, sign the applicable Enrollment Agreement, and pay required enrollment fees and tuition unless another approved payment arrangement applies.
Application/Registration Fee
$75 non-refundable application/registration fee per child. There is no separate enrollment fee and no automatic annual registration fee.
Enrollment Process
The enrollment process may include: family inquiry; program tour/Meet & Greet; review of availability; application/registration; enrollment paperwork; health and emergency documentation; Enrollment Agreement; family orientation; and the child’s first day.
Back-to-School Orientation/Open House
HMC conducts a Back-to-School Orientation/Open House to help families become familiar with the program, learning environment, policies, curriculum, communication systems, family-engagement opportunities, and expectations for the program year. Families may complete paperwork, review the handbook, ask questions, receive program materials, and participate in orientation activities.
Newly enrolled children receive a complimentary HMC T-shirt. Additional HMC uniform shirts and sweaters may be purchased from HMC.
